At Phenomenize Studios, we want you to enjoy your handcrafted products and feel confident trying them. Because our Silken Body Bars and skincare items are personal‑care, heat‑sensitive products, our return policy is designed to be fair to customers while protecting product safety and preventing misuse.
1. 30‑Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be at least 75% full

The product must be in its original tin and packaging

The item must be clean, undamaged, and in resellable condition

Proof of purchase is required

2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Return shipping fees are non‑refundable.
As a courtesy, we may include complimentary samples with approved replacement orders. These samples:

Are not a reimbursement for shipping costs

4. Heat‑Sensitive Product Notice
Our Silken Body Bars are heat‑sensitive. To protect your products:

Retrieve your package promptly upon delivery

Store products in a cool, dry place

Avoid leaving packages in mailboxes, vehicles, or outdoor areas
We will replace items that arrive damaged during transit, including melting. We cannot replace items damaged after delivery due to improper storage or heat exposure.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Products more than 25% used

Custom or personalized items

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Items damaged due to customer storage

Unauthorized returns
6. Exchanges
If you want a different scent or product, the fastest method is to complete a return (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
