At Phenomenize Studios, we take great care in preparing and shipping your handcrafted products. Because our Silken Body Bars and skincare items are heat‑sensitive, we prioritize fast, reliable delivery to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.
This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be shipped, what carriers we use, and what to expect during transit.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed in up to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During high‑volume periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship exclusively through:

These carriers allow us to maintain fast delivery times and protect heat‑sensitive items from extended transit.
3. Delivery Timeframes
We aim for all orders to arrive within 3 days or less once shipped.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Heat‑Sensitive Product Notice
Our Silken Body Bars are heat‑sensitive. To protect your products:

We strongly recommend retrieving your package immediately upon delivery

We may include seasonal insulation or cooling materials

We may automatically upgrade shipping during extreme temperatures
Phenomenize Studios is not responsible for heat damage that occurs after delivery (e.g., packages left in mailboxes, vehicles, or outdoors).
If your order arrives melted or damaged during transit, contact us right away with photos so we can assist.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

We do not mark up carrier rates.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Phenomenize Studios is not responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost packages due to address errors

Reshipping fees for returned packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may request reshipment by paying the new shipping cost.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is accepted by USPS or UPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is:
